Scope of Work
- Manage all online shop operations on several marketplace platforms (Receive Orders, Reply to Chat / Discussion, Product Upload, etc.).
- Increase sales on online platforms.
- Maintenance of content in the Marketplace feed.
- Manage stock between physical stock and Marketplace platform.
- Create daily and monthly sales data reports.
Capability
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the same field.
- Familiar with marketplace features (Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia etc).
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Have good communication skills & active negotiation skills.
